PayNudgeAI generates reminder copy in your browser. The MVP does not send reminders on your behalf and does not store invoice details on our servers.

The optional follow-up tracker stores the invoice reference, status, last-contact date, and next-follow-up date in this browser's local storage. You can delete individual records in the tracker or clear this site's stored data in your browser settings. Tracker records are not sent to our servers.

When you activate the paid template pack, the browser sends only the activation code and product identifier to our license service. It does not send client names, invoice references, amounts, due dates, payment links, or generated reminders.

PayPal processes checkout information under its own privacy terms. A completed purchase may provide your PayPal email address to our payment service so the activation code can be delivered through Resend.

If you email us for support, we receive the email address and content you send. Cloudflare may provide basic hosting logs for reliability and security.
